SHIPPING

Our orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days from the date the order is placed.

We are committed to doing everything within our power to send the order for the product(s) indicated in the relevant Shipping Confirmation by the date specified in such Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated timeframe at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur due to various reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, or the delivery area.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery times, we will inform you and provide you with the options to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note that home deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” will be deemed to have occurred, or the order will be considered “delivered” when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession or control of the products, as evidenced by the signing of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If we are unable to complete the delivery of your order, we will attempt to identify a safe place to leave it. If this is not possible, your order will be sent to our warehouse. In such an event, we will leave you a notice specifying the location of your order and how to arrange a new delivery.

If you are unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, we ask that you contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer, but if the issuer does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery, and we will not be able to finalize any Contract with you.

During the purchase process, before finalizing the payment, you will be able to modify the order details in accordance with the general purchase conditions. You will then need to choose your preferred payment method and, if desired, before finalizing the order. Please remember that the order will be binding according to the Contract completion methods outlined in these Conditions. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal, and the previously described provisions regarding validation checks and card authorization will apply.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our goal is your satisfaction, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 30 working days from the day you received the products purchased on baiabrand.com. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 30 working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by the Seller, or via another courier, only after having accepted the return request via email to ordini@baiabrand.com. However, it is not possible to change the chosen item with another.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal :

A. The return authorization request must be sent to the Seller within 30 working days from the delivery date.

B. The products must not have been used, soiled, worn or damaged;

C. Products must be returned in their original packaging;

D. Returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the price of the products purchased, with you only being responsible for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS :

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used.
